Terms and Conditions

  1. If a mobile service is required location must provide adequate parking for a large van and a flat area to jack the car up and remove wheels.

  2. Location must provide a minimum of two accessible electric plug sockets to connect our cables (maximum of 20 metres)

  3. If the alloys have been previously refurbished or painted you must notify us as this can affect the quality of our work.

  4. Customer is aware that if alloys are severely damaged then there is a small chance that alloys will not be 100% repairable and minor imperfections may remain.

  5. Customer must provide accurate information when requested.

  6. Customer must provide locking wheel nut key in good condition, and left on the passenger seat for easy access.

  7. Smart Alloys South West Limited will not be liable if wheel nuts are not removable.

  8. Please ensure alloys are clean prior to us arriving (NO tyre shine). We recommend using warm water with washing up liquid.

  9. If any corrosion is present we will do our best to remove it, however a slight imperfection may still remain.

  10. Smart Alloys have the right to refuse cutting diamond cut wheels if they have been cut before and re cutting may detract from the structural integrity of the alloy.

  11. Smart Alloys South West Limited are not liable for previously damaged TPMS sensors and the customer is liable for the cost of new metal valve stems if current ones are corroded and have to be cut off.

  12. Wheels will be torqued to manufacturers specifications when they are fitted back to the vehicle. The customer must re torque the wheels after 30 miles of driving.
